Where 1Click Users Come For Help...
Whenever you have a failed burn with 1Click or 1Click Pro, you'll usually have an ATAPI error code posted in your 1Click log. Something like "Write error at 1900112 (16) - Code 04 3E 02 [HW error, Timeout on logical unit]" Many of the error codes you'll find in your logs relate directly to poor quality media and/or firmware that is out of date.  The ATAPI Guide will assist you in determining and resolving the problem.
